Website Use
You agree to lawful use only and must not submit false information, abuse systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
Bookings and Payments
Bookings can be governed by platform-specific terms in addition to NestKey rules. Pricing and payments may depend on channel-specific policies.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation outcomes are based on the reservation terms/rate policy tied to each booking channel or explicit written agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NestKey is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or third-party platform failures.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal law of Canada.
