Unwind on the spacious sectional sofa while watching your favorite movies on the 75-inch Sony Smart TV. The sectional easily converts into a comfortable pull-out bed, providing additional sleeping space suitable for up to 2 children or 1 adult.

Please bring additional towels if required. 🔑 Unit Access As this is a condominium building, management may occasionally require access using a master key. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible; however, emergency access may occur without prior notice. Guest cooperation is appreciated. 🌡️ Temperature Control Heating and air conditioning are managed by condo management. Adjustments may be made within approved building limits, while seasonal HVAC availability is controlled by the building. ⚠️ Liability & Safety By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge these terms and release the host and co-host from liability. The host is not responsible for slip-and-fall incidents, vehicle damage, or loss or damage to personal belongings. 👶 Additional Amenities A Pack ’n Play is available upon request. 🏊 Building Amenities Shared building amenities, including the pool, gym, sauna, and hot tub, are managed by the condominium and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond the host’s control. Refunds or compensation cannot be provided for temporary amenity closures. 🛡️ Guest Verification & Damage Protection A pre-arrival registration is required before check-in, including guest verification and either a refundable security deposit or damage waiver. Check-in instructions will be provided once registration is complete. 🔒 Please note that a refundable security deposit (authorized and held by your card provider, not charged to us) is required as part of the booking process. It's important to note that there's construction going on in the next unit for few days. It might cause little inconvenience temporarily.

I recently stayed at this Suite over the Thanksgiving weekend, and it was honestly even better than the pictures. Several highlights would be; - The Host gave detailed instructions for check-in/check-out, and made it a seamless process - Excellent underground parking, with elevator access, - Beautiful views of the city from the apartment windows (even able to see all the way to Toronto!) - The apartment had excellent climate control so was always the perfect temperature, - large fully furnished kitchen and fridge, which made preparing meals really easy - located next to square one, which made multiple stores and restaurants easily accessible by walking - and very comfortable seating, beds and big screen tv for rest and relaxation. In summary, I would definitely book this apartment again the future, and highly recommend for anyone in the Mississauga/GTA area

Absolutely lovely view and great location. Communication was fantastic, even through an elevator breakdown that delayed check in. My only complaint would be the dirty windows. Would not usually mention it if the entire place wasn’t based on the incredible view! Sunset and sunrise was amazing!! Pool, sauna and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Would 100% return!

What an amazing find this condo was! It's on the 47th floor of The Exchange right next to SquareOne Mall. Brand new, clean and neat. No complaints what so ever. Plenty of hot water and cold A/C! Solid wifi. Plenty of towels. Washer/dryer. Basic supplies provided. Super fast elevator! The view is spectacular... on a clear day you can see the CN Tower! Only "hitch" is getting the keys and parking pass. You will need to either park at the mall and walk over or leave car out front to go inside and retrieve all keys from inside the apartment. But once you have what you need, the underground parking space is fantastic. It fit our Subaru Crosstrek easily. A+ stay, don't hesitate to book!!
