Please be very cautious if you are considering staying at this property. The home is poorly maintained, and my experience raised serious concerns about both the condition of the rental and the behavior of the owner. After checking out, the owner contacted me requesting that I leave a five-star review in exchange for a five-star review from them. They stated that I was a great guest and encouraged me to “return the favor.” I explained that I prefer to take my time and leave an honest review based on my experience. Shortly after I did not leave an immediate review, the owner then requested $120 for sheets, despite previously stating that we were excellent guests. This sudden charge felt retaliatory and unprofessional. Regarding the stay itself, the quality of the home and amenities was extremely disappointing. Everything appeared very cheap and inadequately maintained. The soaps and shampoos were heavily watered down and barely usable. The dish soap was completely diluted with water.

Great accommodation. Clean apartment. This gives you good view of the environment. Feels like home away from home. There’s gym facility in the building, for the gym lovers, and a tennis court not far from the building. I enjoyed my stay.

Wow!! this place was just amazing!! I did not want to leave. Host was so nice and helpful, he made sure everything was alright and even called us to make sure everything was good which i really appreciated. all my answers were answered great place with amazing view. you can see the city of toronto from the balcony and living room. again, host was also really friendly and helpful. I will definitely book again next time i’m in the area

The place was as the description. Super convenient to Square One Mall ( excellent place for pretty much everything). Location and views were as the photos and even better when the Sun was shining. Great amenities available in the building as well. Super Clean building and of-course the place as well. Will definitely recommend the place for a group of 5-6 people.

Really enjoyed staying here! We all did not want to leave. The view from the floor is very stunning and nice to sit out on the patio. There is a huge mall less than a 10 min walk away and lots of things to do in the surrounding area. It’s about 30-45min drive to and from downtown Toronto but worth the distance for how nice and relaxing the place was !
